One calendar the whole team trusts

Instructors, arenas and horses sit on a single schedule. A double booked arena, or a horse worked twice in one morning, is refused at the moment someone tries to book it rather than discovered later on the yard.

Who has paid, at a glance

Open the day and read it: who is booked in, who is in credit, who is behind. The front desk answers a rider without calling you, and you stop being the only person who knows.

Built around the yard, not around software

How a stable actually runs

Horses have limits, so the schedule does too: A daily session cap per horse is part of the booking rules. A tired horse cannot be booked past its limit, whoever is on the desk.
Coaches who are not on payroll: A freelance instructor exists as a schedulable record. No login required, no seat to pay for, still on the calendar.
Junior riders and their guardians: A minor's record carries the guardian who books and signs for them, so the right contact is on the booking instead of in someone's phone.
Packages and memberships, not just single lessons: Prepaid credits are tracked as a running ledger. A rider's balance is something you can audit line by line, not something a member of staff remembers.
English first, Arabic next: Built for clubs in this region, with an Arabic interface planned as part of the product rather than bolted on afterwards.
