Is Hesani available now?

Hesani is in development and access is opening in stages. The waitlist is how the first group of clubs gets in early and decides what gets built first.

What will it cost?

Pricing is not published here. It depends on the size of the yard and what you actually use, so it is a short conversation rather than a table on a page.

Who is building it?

An operator who runs a working equestrian business in the UAE and is the customer for the product. See the about page.

Will it work for a small yard?

That is the intended starting point. The first version is deliberately the thin path a club actually needs: the schedule, the records, the bookings and the invoice trail. It is not an enterprise system with a small plan bolted underneath.

Does it handle horse welfare limits?

Yes, and it is enforced rather than advisory. Each horse carries a maximum number of sessions per day, counted in your club's own local day, and the system refuses the booking that would exceed it.

What happens to our data?

It belongs to your club, it is isolated from every other club at the database level, and you can export or erase a rider's records through an audited operation. The data and security page covers this in detail.

Can we keep using our whiteboard?

Yes, and most clubs should. A whiteboard is excellent at showing what is happening today. It is poor at telling you what happened last Tuesday or what a rider owes, and those are the jobs worth moving.

Is it available in Arabic?

Not in the first version, which is English only. The interface is built so that an Arabic version is a translation rather than a rebuild, and it is planned as part of the product rather than bolted on.
